Unlike earrings made with brass or titanium, these materials contain traces of nickel that can cause irritation. Our earrings are 100% nickel-free, durable and made for sensitive ears.

Yes! As all our earrings are crafted with .925 sterling silver, our earrings are safe for those with sensitive ears. We only use hypoallergenic metals.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

All our earrings come with a 365 day warranty so you can purchase with confidence.

All our pieces are handcrafted and made to last. Should there be any issues with your earrings such as manufacturer defects, just let us know! 

We stand behind the quality of our products. However our warranty does not cover lost earrings, misused earrings such as earrings broken by force, improper use or storage of the earrings, and scratches from normal wear and tear.

RETURN (14 DAYS) - REFUND

Something not quite right? No worries! You can receive a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. Simply return the earrings using our pre-paid shipping label. A return postage fee of $7 will be applied for a return label.

RETURN (30 DAYS) - STORE CREDIT

Store credit would be issued for orders returned within 30 days. Simply return the earrings using our pre-paid shipping label. A return postage fee of $7 will be applied for a return label.

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

To qualify for a return:

• Earrings must be in their original condition, packaging and must be unworn
• No individual item of a set can be returned, earrings must be returned as a complete set

Items not eligible for return:

• Earring parts (Flat back posts, backings, Flat Back Tool
• Sale items
• Earrings that have been worn
• Misused earrings (earrings broken by force, mishandling of earrings, etc.)

EXCHANGE

We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time. If something is not quite right, simply return the item within 14 days!

The gemstones we use are AAA grade lab simulated diamonds and lab grown opals. This is an environmental and ethically driven decision to reduce our environmental footprint while offering improved clarity and shine on our jewelry.

Genuine gemstone mining can have significant environmental impacts, including habitat destruction, soil erosion, and water contamination. However, lab-created gemstones have a significantly smaller environmental footprint.

All our jewelry are made with 925 sterling silver. Although they do not tarnish in water, it is best practice to take them off as certain chemicals may cause an acceleration in tarnishing. However it should not be a problem if the earrings are properly rinsed off during/after shower!

In the case the jewelry does tarnish, simply wipe it down with a silver cloth or alcohol and it will look as good as new!
