After hand-drawn, our designs are brought to life through CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing).

At this stage, our skilled artisans carefully burr holes in the jewelry to prepare for the stone setting.

What material is your jewelry made of?

All our jewelry is crafted with .925 Sterling Silver. Sterling silver is a safe and trusted material for those with sensitive ears!

Unlike earrings made with brass or titanium, these materials contain traces of nickel that can cause irritation. Our earrings are 100% nickel-free, durable and made for sensitive ears.

GOLD : 18K Gold Vermeil

SILVER : Thick Rhodium Plated Sterling Silver

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! As all our earrings are crafted with .925 sterling silver, our earrings are safe for those with sensitive ears. We only use hypoallergenic metals.

Do you use real gemstones?

The gemstones we use are AAA grade lab simulated diamonds and lab grown opals.

This ensures uniformity in birthstone colours, visually, across all gemstone shapes and sizes when set onto various styles of earrings

This is also an environmental and ethically driven decision to reduce our environmental footprint while offering improved clarity and shine on our jewelry.

Genuine gemstone mining can have significant environmental impacts, including habitat destruction, soil erosion, and water contamination. However, lab-created gemstones have a significantly smaller environmental footprint.

Where do you source your materials?

We source our materials primarily from Thailand and India, where we prioritize sustainable sourcing practices.

Additionally, we also source various components within Canada and the US to support local industries and reduce our environmental footprint.

This approach ensures that we maintain high quality while supporting ethical and responsible sourcing worldwide.

Do you have a warranty?

All our earrings come with a 365 day warranty so you can purchase with confidence.

All our pieces are handcrafted and made to last. Should there be any issues with your earrings such as manufacturer defects, just let us know!

We stand behind the quality of our products. However our warranty does not cover lost earrings, misused earrings such as earrings broken by force, improper use or storage of the earrings, and scratches from normal wear and tear.
