What is your return and exchange policy?
RETURN (14 DAYS) - REFUND

Something not quite right? No worries! You can receive a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. Simply return the earrings using our pre-paid shipping label. A return postage fee of $7 will be applied for a return label.

RETURN (30 DAYS) - STORE CREDIT

Store credit would be issued for orders returned within 30 days. Simply return the earrings using our pre-paid shipping label. A return postage fee of $7 will be applied for a return label.

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

To qualify for a return:

  • Earrings must be in their original condition, packaging and must be unworn
  • No individual item of a set can be returned, earrings must be returned as a complete set

Items not eligible for return:

  • Earring parts (Flat back posts, backings, Flat Back Tool
  • Sale items
  • Earrings that have been worn
  • Misused earrings (earrings broken by force, mishandling of earrings, etc.)

EXCHANGE

We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time. If something is not quite right, simply return the item within 14 days!

How do I return my purchase?

*Please note a $7 postage fee will be applied to the refund/store credit.

You can receive a refund within 14 days from the delivery date or store credit within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we are not able to accept the return.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time. If something is not quite right, simply return the item within 14 days!

When will I receive my refund?

As we take extra precautions to keep our team safe, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days upon receiving the parcel.

Please allow 5 - 10 business days for refund transactions to reflect in your bank statement after the refund has been processed.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item!

No worries! Simply return the earrings using our pre-paid return label for a refund or store credit.
